Attendee Registration
2026 Registration Options:
Regular Attendee: $595 (early bird discount is $550 prior to May 31)
Government, University and Non-Profit (GUN) Attendee: $495 (early bird discount is $450 prior to May 31)
Student Attendee: $250 (Must provide verification of current enrollment as a full-time, degree-seeking student, provide university or college program of study and expected graduation date, and register under your academic credentials, i.e., listing your academic institution affiliation and with your college email address.) Note: This discounted registration type is intended for full-time students who have not yet entered their intended profession in an environmental field as opposed to full-time professionals who are taking graduate or post-graduate classes.
Attendee registration includes an optional Early Session, your choice of courses in ten topical Breakout Sessions, two Keynote Sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, and one evening reception.
In support of the GEC Student Scholarship program, GEC’s annual Student Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 12 p.m. at the Jekyll Island Golf Club. Click here for more information about the tournament. We will also host the 3rd Annual Student Scholarship Putt Putt Golf Tournament on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1 p.m. You can register to play in one of these tournaments as part of the attendee registration process. Registration Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications requested in writing (email) prior to July 17, 2026 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between July 18 and August 7, 2026 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 7, 2026. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
