Continuing Education Credits/Professional Development Hours
Attendance at the Annual Georgia Environmental Conference may meet the requirements for those seeking continuing education credits (CEC) or professional development hours (PDH) in a variety of environmental fields.
Attendees should confirm with their own specific professional credit issuing organization(s) as to the specific requirements and eligibility to obtain CECs/PDHs from conference attendance. Please note that any continuing education credits from the Georgia Environmental Conference should be considered as “self reporting” as GEC does not file for continuing education credits on behalf of attendees.
After the conference, a certificate of participation for up to 12 hours of instruction will automatically be emailed to attendees, or attendees may request a hard copy on site at the Conference Registration Desk. Attendees may also request by email a .pdf of the conference program.
The Georgia Environmental Conference currently seeks renewal each year as an “approved provider” of continuing education for the entities listed below.
Georgia Commission of Continuing Lawyer Competency – State Bar of Georgia
Attorneys can earn Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits through the State Bar of Georgia. Select the CLE option during registration. NOTE: There is an additional fee to register for CLE credits from GEC and session attendance documentation is required.
