GEC 2020 Conference Exhibitor Rates & Benefits:
$1,500 – Regular rate for one exhibit Space / Two combined exhibit spaces for $2,500
$1,000 – Government, University, Non-profit (GUN) Rate for one exhibit space / Two combined exhibit spaces for $1,600
Exposure: All general sessions/meals, receptions, and refreshment breaks take place in the main Exhibit Hall. Your exhibitor exposure includes: registration, general sessions/meals, refreshment breaks, two evening receptions, and general walk-through traffic during the conference.
Your exhibitor registration includes:
- One 10′ x 10′ space w/pipe and drape, six-foot table, two chairs, and company signage
- Two (2) full-conference Attendee Registrations (a $900 value) / Three (3) total for combined booths
- All meals and refreshment breaks for two people
- Two receptions for two people
- Attend any/all conference breakout sessions of interest

Exhibit space(s) will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. During the Exhibitor registration process, after reviewing the Exhibit Hall map, please select an available booth from the drop down menu within the registration form. If your desired booth number is not listed, that space has already been assigned to another Exhibitor or Sponsor. Your booth location is considered confirmed when payment is received.
If you will require electricity for your booth, please select that option during the online registration process. Adding electricity on site during set up is available, but at a higher cost.
Prior to the conference, an Exhibitor Kit will be sent (via email) to the contact person listed on the Exhibitor registration. The Exhibitor Kit includes instructions for shipping booth materials (please note, the JICC does not accept direct shipments of booths).

Payment Terms and Conditions:
- All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
- To guarantee inclusion in attendee mobile app, we must have a completed Exhibitor registration by July 31, 2020.
- Exhibitor registration must be paid in full before GEC 2020.
Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications prior to July 31, 2020 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between August 1 and August 14, 2020 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 14, 2020. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
