The Annual Georgia Environmental Conference is the Southeast region’s largest and most comprehensive professional environmental education conference serving Georgia and the Southeast region – across the public and private sectors.
The Conference will host an elite group of environmental professionals seeking knowledge and sharing ideas around environmental concerns in and around Georgia. GEC is expecting an estimated 700 Attorneys, Consultants, Engineers, Business, Industry, Federal, State and Local Government Officials, Planners and Developers, Landowners and many, many others with a strong interest in environmental programs in Georgia and the Southeast.

Exposure: All general sessions/meals, receptions, and refreshment breaks take place in the main Exhibit Hall. Your Exhibit exposure includes: registration, general sessions/meals, refreshment breaks, two evening receptions, and general walk-through traffic during the conference.

Exhibit space(s) will be assigned on a first come, first-served basis. During the Exhibitor registration process, after reviewing the Exhibit Hall Map, please select an available booth from the drop down menu within the registration form. If your desired Booth number is not listed, that space has already been assigned to another Exhibitor or Sponsor. Your Booth location is considered confirmed when payment is received.
If you will require electricity for your booth, please select that option during the online registration process. Adding electricity on site during set up is available, but at a higher cost.
Prior to the Conference, an Exhibitor Kit will be sent (via email) to the contact person listed on the Exhibitor Registration. The Exhibitor Kit includes instructions for shipping booth materials (please note, the JICC does not accept direct shipments of booths).

Refund Policy: Cancellation notifications prior to July 19, 2019 will be issued a 90% refund. Cancellations between July 20 and August 2, 2019 will be issued a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after August 2, 2019. Substitutions are welcome with written notification.
